IMPORTANT NOTICE: Regarding Your Young Traveller Multi-currency Cash Passport™ MasterCard® Card 
Following a business review, we have decided to discontinue the Young Traveller Multi-currency Cash Passport MasterCard Card (“Card”).

What does this mean for you?

After 24th June 2017 you will no longer be able to reload your Card.

After 23rd August 2017 you will no longer be able to use Card. Until this date you can use your Card to make purchases (including online) or withdraw funds from an ATM. You should aim to have spent all funds on your Card before 23rd August 2017 as any remaining balance will be subject to the monthly fee set out in the Card Terms and Conditions. Remember you may be able to use your remaining funds for partial payments if your Card balance is not sufficient for the whole transaction.

You can obtain your account balance by accessing ‘My Account” at or by contacting our Service Centre using the number on the back of your Card and following the automated prompts.

What do you need to do?

Prior to 23rd August 2017, you should use up any remaining funds on your Card until the balance reaches zero*.

Alternatively you can obtain a cash out by calling us 0800 056 0572 from the UK or +44 207 649 9404 from other countries.

We will cash out your card to your UK bank account. There will be no cash-out fee charged for using this service. It will take between 3 to 5 business days for you to receive the funds.

If your personal information has recently changed we may ask for supporting documents in order to complete the cash out.

After 23rd August 2017, you have up to six (6) years to obtain a cash out of the balance of your Card, after which time you will no longer be entitled to the funds. Please note that this change is deemed an amendment to the Card Terms and Conditions.
