West Suburban Bank will be terminating Cash Passport Cards on May 1, 2013.

1. How can I cash out my remaining balance?

Funds on your Card can be accessed as follows:

From October 2, 2013 onwards

Complete the cash out form here and send the form to West Suburban Bank as indicated on the form.

If you have questions about how to complete the form, you may contact West Suburban Bank at (630) 652 – 2000. West Suburban Bank is available Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, on Friday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm and on Saturday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. All times are based on USA central time.

 

2. How can I find out if I have a balance remaining on my Cash Passport Card?

Your balance can be obtained as follows:

Contact West Suburban Bank at (630) 652 - 2000 to inquire if you have a remaining balance. West Suburban Bank is available Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, on Friday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm and on Saturday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. All times are based on USA central time.

 

3. Who do I call with questions about my card?

Your questions should be directed as follows:

Questions about your Cash Passport card may be directed to Card Services by using the toll-free number on the back of the card. Call the number on the back of your Card and use the automated balance service. Alternatively, call 1 877 465 0085 or view a list of telephone numbers to contact Card Services from all over the world.
